Grammar Girl – One of the best Grammar help Tips. Though not specifically designed for the GMAT, this site will help you immensely in differentiating between say ‘may’ and ‘might’.

English Grammar – useful Grammar tips. i haven’t actually followed it, but it seems useful.
Some useful tools and stuff- Gorilla Prep. This particular page has some very useful materials for download. Specially the GMAT powerprep software. You won’t find it elsewhere.
